That range covers 23 named areas and a housing stock that's mostly newer than people assume - most of it went up between 1975 and 2015, with the heaviest concentration from the 1980s and 90s. That matters for a quote because a door on a house from that era usually has different track spacing and spring sizing than something built in the last five years.

A quote is only as good as the information behind it. If you know the spring type - torsion or extension - that helps too, though most people don't and that's fine.
What we can't do is give you a firm number sight unseen for anything beyond a simple, common repair. Broken springs, worn rollers, and standard opener swaps on a typical residential door are things we can usually price closely over the phone once we have the measurements. But bent track, off-track doors, panel damage, or anything where the door has been forced or the opener has burned out from strain - those need a look in person before we'll commit to a price. Photos help a lot here; a clear shot of the spring, the track, and the panel damage often tells us more than a phone description will.
